Chef Charles Cameron was always attracted to food and the kitchen, lured in by the constant hustle and bustle. As a teenager he worked in a local restaurant starting as a dishwasher, then prep cook. By the time Charles reached college and continued working in kitchens he truly found his passion by using cuisine as a creative outlet in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
